Efah’s Instagram had added five thousand more followers since she got into Slender and posted pictures of her activities there, it was two thousand, sixty-two followers before. If it goes on like this she might sell the account and create a new one.

She got a notification of a new follower and a message, it was Christian. His username was kind of nice, chrystalboo.

‘Efah, I think I’m outside your house‘ the message read and she panicked.

‘Sweetheart, your classmate is here to see you!’ Her mother called from the parlour.

‘I’m coming!’ She yelled and she quickly dressed up and rushed out. Christian was actually in her sitting room!

‘Hi’ he said sheepishly as he sat down on the couch.

‘Lateefah, come to the kitchen let’s get something ready for your friend’ her mom said in a serious tone. ‘I don’t like this climate of yours, he smells like money’ she said once they entered the kitchen.

‘Since when do you hate the smell of money’ Efah ask jokingly.

‘Take me seriously young lady, he smells like trouble too and heartbreaks, I don’t want you to get hurt.’

‘I’m a big girl, I’ll be fine.’

‘I don’t want him in my house anymore, why can’t you just like Tony?’

‘Because Tony is like a brother to me.’

‘I only have you so he’s not your brother and he can’t be like your brother.’

‘Can we not have this conversation right now, my friend is waiting in your parlour’ Efah said with a raised voice though it wasn’t high enough for Christian to hear.

‘I think your mother doesn’t like me’ Christian said when she came back with some drinks.

‘You think right, come on let’s go out. There’s somewhere we can talk freely’.

‘Dad, isn’t there a way to recommission the female basketball team? You’re the principal’s friend, talk to him’ Tony pressed.

‘He is not the founder and it was the founder’s decision to disband the female basketball team not his, there’s really nothing he can do about it’ his dad replied nonchalantly and he sighed, was there really no way he can get himself out of this mess? He can’t possibly do this forever!

Tony logged into his Instagram and was greeted with a post from efah_licious, it was a picture of her and Christian. Hmm, he wondered what Cynthia thinks about it. They had barely a week before resumption and he just didn’t want to go back to staying in the girls dorm.
