Soon after that incident the term came to an end and all of them were at the waiting halls for their parents, of course Efah had to go home by herself because her mom was occupied. Belladonna still hated them and swore revenge, she was really looking forward to it.

Tony had really shaped up, his dad would be stunned! Come to think of it they were looked alike, what if…? Oh no! She wasn’t going to think in that direction! A black Mercedes eased into the parkway and he stood up.

‘Well, that’s my ride home’ he said, ‘come with me, I’ll drop you off’.

‘Really? I don’t want to impose’ she said, he shook his head.

‘If you were I would have let you know now hop in’.

Efah laughed as she got dragged into the Mercedes before it sped off.

Tony got home pretty late as he took Efah shopping first before taking her home, her mom was really nice and sweet that he couldn’t say no to lunch and a game of ludo later. He didn’t know how he was going to face his parents now, they must have been sick with worry.

‘Young man, where have you been?’ His mom asked, obviously very pissed off.

‘Out. With a friend.’

‘A friend?’ Mom deflated, ‘you have friends now? Where is he? Why didn’t you invite him home?’

‘That friend is a she and before you say it we are not in a relationship, where’s dad?”

‘In his study’ his mom looked at him, ‘you seem to have slimmed down a little. Wait here!’ She ran to her room and came back with a tape to measure him.

‘You really have slimmed down. It’s amazing yet suspicious, were you starved at school?’.

‘No mommy, that is not the case’ Tony laughed, ‘I need to talk to dad, I’ll see you at dinner!’
